Terms & Conditions:

When purchasing an item from Card Quest, you agree that; (I) you're responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy the item, (II) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process.

After you have completed the check-out process you will adhere to the NO RETURN and NO REFUND policies. 

The prices we charge for using our services & products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website, service, or purchase of any product constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website ot the service.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Logos:

We do not own any right to the images used, logos, graphics, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto.

Images used on this site fall under "Fair Use" Copyright Disclaimer under Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976.

Cancellation Policy:

Items will be shipped to purchaser/customer within 48 hours of when the order is received and fully paid. Orders can be canceled as long as the product has not been shipped with no charge. If you placed an order and do not want the item after it has been shipped, please refuse the item and once it gets back to us here at Card Quest we will refund you the money minus shipping fees. 

Pre-Orders:

A pre-order is an order you place prior to the official release date of a product. You place a pre-order by entering all of your details as if you were ordering the item, but you will not receive the item until it has reached its released date, or received by Card Quest from distribution, which ever date is later. 

Pre-orders can be cancelled before the release date of the product. Customers requesting a refund after the release date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
