PICK UP ORDER
Pickup orders will typically be ready the next business day after an order has been placed (Tuesday–Saturday). As such, orders placed after 2 PM PT on Saturdays will be ready the following Tuesday. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup!
SHIPPED ORDERS
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours of being placed. Processing and shipping times align with our customer service hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 12 PM to 5 PM PST (excluding holidays). Once an order has been processed, you will receive a notification with tracking details!
CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS
Our team is available to assist you Tuesday-Saturday, from 12 PM to 8 PM PT (excluding select holidays). Please note that response times may be longer during set release or organize play events.
